Special Event License Form The purpose of this form is to enable the public to apply for a limited-use license to sell beverage alcohol as part of a community festival or municipal event. It can be issued to a corporation, organization, city, town or village, and is valid for a fixed period of time. The form is issued and processed by the Licensing and Records Branch of the Department of Public Safety, and is issued under the authority of the Liquor Control Act and Regulations of the Province of New Brunswick. Applications for this
type of license are available from both the Licensing and Records Branch
