A typical Bordeaux blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc for reds (otherwise known as Claret) and Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle for whites.

Festivals & Events

 Each year the New Brunswick Liquor Corporation supports and/or participates in a number of product related events across
the province. These events are organized and operated by the private sector and the number of events held fluctuates annually.  Alcool NB Liquor is very proud to be a part of these festivals/events.

Information for these events will be provided at select Alcool NB Liquor stores across the province as they are made available
by the various event organizers.

Investors Group More Than Martinis

The Kiwanis Club of Fredericton, in partnership with Delta Fredericton, is pleased to present Investors Group More Than
Martinis 2009.

This great event, now in its 9th year, is in support of the Fredericton Emergency Shelters and CHIMO Help Line, the
non-profit crisis counseling phone service.

Individuals attending this event will have an opportunity to sample martinis, coolers and other great summer drinks made
with products from ANBL’s current portfolio. "Mocktails" and other non-alcohol drinks will be available throughout the
evening. Food samplings will be provided by seven of Fredericton’s outstanding area restaurants.

Fundraising activities including raffles and a silent auction will take place during the evening.

Date: Friday, June 26, 2009

  • Location: Delta Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada
  • Tasting: 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
  • Tickets -- on sale at Delta Fredericton Executive Offices and Regent Mall Guest Services Booth.
  • Tickets are $55.00/person, includes tax and a taxi voucher within city limits.
