The Department of Environment is responsible for the administration of the Beverage Containers Act, and Alcool NB Liquor must abide by the requirements of the Act that apply to beverage alcohol containers. At the discretion of the Liquor Store Manager, Alcool NB Liquor will accept product returns for full refund. The sales slip should accompany the returned item.

Gift Cards Information?

Can’t decide? No problem. Our gift cards suit all tastes. Gift cards are now available in $15, $25 and $50 denominations at corporate ANBL stores and at participating ANBL agency stores. Information about the gift cards is available by calling 1-800-242-5353. Just have your gift card number handy to check the card balance, activation date and activity information. Gift certificates are redeemable as a method of payment.

Store-to-Store Product Transfers?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for every product to be available in every one of our stores. If your favorite Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) outlet does not carry a desired brand, please ask our staff to source it for you. With the exception of sale items, all products carried by ANBL will be made available in all stores and agencies throughout the province, subject to availability. By using a service contracted with Canada Post, products, limited to 2 bottles, can be transferred from any originating store to another store anywhere in the province, within 48 hours. Customers of agency outlets will also be able to use this service, with slightly longer delivery times. There is no additional charge for this service. Customers are encouraged to obtain further details on the product availability program from their local ANBL outlet.
